Jonathan has extensive training and professional experience in the fashion world. It is where his career path began. Besides his degree in Merchandise Marketing with a minor in psychology, Jonathan has a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where he graduated with high honors, qualified and was accepted into the prestigious Design Studio. He has owned a design firm specializing in designer sportswear for women. His lines have hung with great media success in many retailers such as Macy’s, Barney’s and Henry Bendels country wide. He has participated in several fashion events held in conjunction with the Fashion Institute. He has worked on international marketing seminars on behalf of international designers. He has designed, sourced, and imported garments from such global market places as Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Turkey which have hung in major retailers across the country. His knowledge and expertise in fabrications as well as textile design began during this time.
Through Jonathan's own self-developed style and well-appointed outlook, clients over the years have not allowed him to stray too far from the world of fashion consulting and style. He offers private consultations for those who feel they are in need of a fashion stylist. Sometimes in order to help extract our inner beauty, our outer beauty needs to be styled and tweaked in order to be a true expression of who we are inside.
